Every tier below is read from the same table the application checks before it answers a request, so this list cannot promise a feature the software then refuses.

  • Sale and purchase

    Chartering only. There is no S&P module and none is on the roadmap being sold.

  • Accounting and invoicing

    Laytime produces the demurrage figure and the statement behind it. It does not raise an invoice or keep a ledger.

  • Port line-ups

    No global feed exists to buy. Individual ports are built where a desk actually trades, and nothing is charged for before it delivers.

  • Bunker prices

    Not yet. The voyage estimator takes a bunker price you type; a market feed is being sourced.

Questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Browse is free, with no card and no end date. Every paid plan starts with 7 free days, which begin only when you choose. A card is needed to start them.
How does licence pricing work?
A licence is one person who can sign in, and you pay for exactly as many as you want. The ladder is graduated, so each licence after the first costs less than the one before it. On Chartering one licence is US$99.99 a month and two are US$149.99, not US$199.98. The control on the cards above works the total out for any number.
Can I add licences after we start?
Yes, at any time. An owner adds or removes licences from Settings, Billing. The change takes effect immediately and nothing is charged at the moment you make it; the difference is prorated for the rest of the current period and appears on your next monthly invoice. You cannot reduce below the number of people currently on the desk, so remove the person first.
What happens when the 7 days end?
The subscription starts and the card is charged for the first period. Choosing a plan takes a card up front and nothing is charged during the trial, so it converts by itself rather than lapsing. Cancel at any point in those 7 days from the billing screen and you are charged nothing.
How many brokers can share one desk?
As many as you hold licences for. No paid tier has a head-count ceiling: the tiers differ by what they can do, so a desk of twelve that wants the register and the fixture book buys twelve licences of Desk, and moves to Chartering when it wants laytime and the estimator. Every broker gets their own sign-in and their own mailbox; the fixture book and the position list are shared.
What if we need more than 25 licences?
Above 25 licences we price the desk with you rather than by card, and it costs nothing to be there. The ladder's last band has no floor under it, so beyond the first 5 licences every further licence costs the same, whether the desk has 25 of them or two hundred. What changes is that a charge that size belongs on an invoice and a conversation rather than on a card. Choose the tier that fits, press Talk to us, and the number you typed comes with the enquiry.
Is the world fleet register included, or extra?
Included on every paid tier, and searchable on the free one. It is shared reference data rather than a per-customer copy, so nobody maintains their own version of the fleet and there is no per-record charge. A desk's own corrections ride on top as a private overlay.
Can colleagues read my mail?
No. A connected mailbox is private to the person who connected it, including from an owner or an administrator of the same desk. That is enforced in the query rather than in the interface. A message becomes desk business when you send it there, and not before.
Do you sell port line-ups?
No, and no tier lists them. There is no global line-up feed to buy: every port authority publishes a different shape or nothing at all, so each one is a parser somebody writes and then owns. Expected arrivals, which are derived from AIS and shipped worldwide, are a different and lesser thing and are not described as line-ups anywhere in this product.
What is billed annually?
The same tiers, at ten months for twelve. The toggle above switches every card at once so the comparison stays honest.
